Rodman Public Library will host two Family BINGO games this summer. Patrons of all ages are invited to play from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Monday, June 27 and Monday, July 25. Rodman Public Library will mark Juneteenth with a special presentation by Dr. William “Ted” McDaniel, a professor of African-American studies and professor of music at the Ohio State University.

Children, ages 6-12, are invited to Rodman Public Library at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 16 to create bottle sand art. Kids Crafting programs are held monthly and all materials are provided by the Friends of Rodman Library. Space is limited and registration is required.

Teens, ages 12-18, are invited to attend Nerf Night from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 7. Teens should start to assemble in the Main Library auditorium at 5:15 p.m. for the after-hours event. Participants may bring in their own Nerf weapons or use some provided by the library.

Teens should be prepared to get wet when they visit Rodman Public Library on Thursday, July 21. From 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., an outside water obstacle course will be available for teens, ages 12-18, to try out their skills and compare their times against their friends.
