Rodman Public Library will host a Saturday matinee movie on February 11 when it screens Black Panther: Wakanda Forever on the big screen in the Main Auditorium.
In the 2022 Marvel blockbuster, Queen Ramonda, Shuri, M'Baku, Okoye and the Dora Milaje fight to protect the kingdom of Wakanda from intervening world powers in the wake of King T'Challa’s death. As the Wakandans strive to embrace their next chapter, the heroes must band together with the help of War Dog Nakia and Everett Ross and forge a new path for their nation.
The film, which runs 2 hours and 41 minutes and is rated PG-13, will start at 1 p.m. No registration is required to attend the free movie, which is open to patrons of all ages. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
Freshly popped popcorn will be provided thanks to the Friends of Rodman Public Library.
