Meet Cyndi Shutt, one of our friendly librarians at Rodman Public Library who specializes in children's programming.
Cyndi has been at RPL since September 2021, but this is her 19th year with public libraries.

What is your favorite part about your job?
My energy comes from providing what my patrons ask for, and earning the smiles of children. I love when I finish a book and a child says, “That was a really good story!”

Kate Dicamillo.
What is your favorite color?
Aquamarine.
What is your favorite TV show?
The Gilded Age.
What were your favorite subjects in school?
English and Music.
Are you a big fan of any college sports teams?
GO BUCKS!! Ohio State.
Do you have any pets?
2 dogs (my babies).
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Outdoor Enthusiast, anything outside!
What is something people would be surprised to know about you?
I used to be a dental assistant, and I love to do community theater.
