"Take and Make" Craft Bags

From September through December, Rodman Public Library will offer a variety of “take and make” craft bags for patrons of all ages. These craft bags will include supplies to create themed crafts as well as step-by-step instructions on how to create them. How-to tutorial videos will also be available to view via the Rodman Public Library YouTube channel.

Each “take and make” will be available on the first day of the month and can be picked up at the Main Library from the following areas: Circulation Desk for ages 18+, Reference Department for ages 12-18, and Children’s Department for ages 6-12. Supplies are limited and will be handed out on a first come first serve basis.

For the month of September, adults can pick up supplies to create a pumpkin garland. Teens can create a woodland critter-themed cup cozy. Children can create a quilled paper pumpkin craft. Supplies for these crafts will be available starting Tuesday, September 1.

Fall crafts

For the month of October, adults can pick up supplies to create a Halloween themed tote bag. Teens can create a luminary mason jar. Children can create a fall button tree. Supplies for these crafts will be available starting Thursday, October 1.
