In September 1921, a prominent doctor was called out in the middle of the night to deliver a baby but was shot and killed in his driveway. Early on in the investigation, Alliance police believed the killers who had set him up would be caught and brought to swift justice. However, 100 years later, the mystery as to who killed Dr. O.C. Walker has never been solved. Jack Weber, former writer of "The Past In Review" for the Alliance Review who now serves as community relations specialist at Rodman Public Library, discusses the investigation a century ago, the theories as to who did it, the major suspects in the case and the gossip of the day surrounding the major players in the tragedy.
